For PowerPoint : You need to first log into Films on Demand on your default browser (the one that opens up automatically when you click links) so the authentication cookie is loaded.
Then when you click the FOD link in PowerPoint, it will open as if you put the link directly into your browser.
A: First open a direct Films on Demand link to make sure the direct link is working. This sets a cookie on your computer. Once the cookie is set, you should be able to use the link provided by your instructor. This also applies to opening links within a PowerPoint presentation.
Update your browser.
Try another browser.
Reboot your computer.
If that does not smooth your access, then these are the most common issues:
To make Films on Demand Links work in a Powerpoint Presentation:
1) Open Internet Explorer and making it your default browser if asked.
3) Present: Now when you click the hyperlink to a Films on Demand video, it will go to the film instead of a Films Media log-on page.
