The Interlibrary Loan Process
If you can't find what you need:
- Ask a Librarian. We will start by looking at your search strategy to see if there is anything you might have overlooked. If we are unable help you to find what you're looking for, we can assist you with locating alternatives. If what you require is something specific:
- Double-check the item's identifying information using the Worldcat Database. Make sure that you are requesting the correct item by verifying its author, edition, ISBN, etc.
- Submit Interlibrary Loan form
Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. Do not wait for the item to arrive before beginning your project, as the request can be delayed or declined.
We will contact you when the item is received to arrange pick-up by appointment.
