Make a "Joy List"

When you are in a good mood, make a list of things that bring you joy. 
Make sure they are things you can control. 

Good idea: Do something for others.

Bubble wrap attack: If you get bubble wrap in the mail, jump on it until it's all popped.
Buy a beautiful card, write yourself a friendly note,  and send it to yourself

Creative affirming activities like painting, singing, dancing, cooking
Dance party: Turn on the music and dance.
Do laundry every day instad of all at one time
Do something “normal” like washing your hair, shaving or going to work

Drawing or painting
Eat three healthy meals per day
Exercise with a friend

Obstacle course: Create a furniture course in your apartment or take chalk and make a course outside.

Popcorn pushups: Put a small bowl of popcorn on the floor. Lower yourself down and stick out your tongue to get a piece of popcorn with each thrust.

Put positive affirmations on index cards, slip them in a drawer to be discovered later as a treat
Quietly sit and breate deeply for 5 minutes
