Relax and imagine something you do not want to do.

With this scene in mind, ask yourself:

  • How curious am I?
  • How interested am I?
  • Do I know what the next smallest step should be?
  • How easy would it be to do the next smallest step?
  • How important is the next smallest step to me?
  • Is there any reason not to take the next smallest step?
  • Is that a valid reason?
