1: Your starting point.
You move to “2”. You improve your skills to the point where you get bored - If you’re bored (“2”), you will need to find a way to increase the challenge.
OR
You move to “3”. You challenge yourself at a level that stresses you out - If you’re anxious (“3”), you will need to work on improving your skills to get back in the Flow.
