I just listened to a useful free on-demand webinar "Delivering Through Differentiation".

Applying what I learned to the library context:

"We tend to think of students as needing to know a, b, c, etc.,

but they only want five articles for an assignment.

What we need to do is:

1. give them easy access to what they think they need,
2. while letting them know that there is more to learn when they are ready,
3. and that the library has worthwhile resources they can use now and in the future."
