Legal to share with anyone: Copy citation and/or permanent URL (so people can find it using their own resources).
Content under copyright protection can be used with written permission or fee to use, or to some extent under Fair Use and TEACH provisions.

• Off-campus users must have a working MyFVTC account
• in order to access copyright protected content
• accessed through the Library subscription license.
