FVTC Help Desk & Tech Support

 

In addition to providing technology resource access and support, the Help Desk team can also answer general questions, reset your password, and provide helpful tools through their Knowledge Base page for future reference.

Student Token Requests

To ensure fastest, accurate support, please follow these guidelines when requesting tokens:

🎯 What We Need:

  • Student ID No request can begin without it
  • ✉️ If mailing tokens:
    • Full high school mailing address
    • Teacher name (C/O) for delivery

🕒 Processing Time:

  • We’re staffed Monday–Friday, 7AM–4PM
  • Requests sent after hours will be reviewed the next business day
  • Example: A Friday 5PM request = Monday 7AM processing

⚙️ For Larger Requests:

  • Expect longer lead times — each token is individually tested before deploying

Action Required:

Before submitting, double-check:

  • Student ID included
  • Complete mailing info (if applicable)
  • Understanding of processing timelines
