For professional purposes, every piece of borrowed content, regardless of format, should be acknowledged with attribution or citation, so people can re-search for the original. This includes images, music, art, text, etc., even your own works.

Before you use that content, be sure to evaluate the webpage. What is the bias? What is the context?

How to Search Google More Efficiently

Google (Broadest Search, you get results based on popularity algorithms)
Advanced Google Search (Use this to set up more complex search strings)
Google Scholar (Pulls up anything that looks like an article - great place to get full-text - does NOT let you limit to peer-reviewed)
Example Search: Google Scholar: artificial intelligence and information-literacy OR evaluating-information

Google Search: Your Topic site:.edu You can find education based information. Watch out for tilde "`" in URL address. It may just be a student assignment. Delete backwards on URl to find source of info.
Google Search: Your Topic site:.gov You can find statistics by searching .gov websites
Google Search: public-domain images site:.gov
Google Search: Your Topic OER libguides Curated lists of OEr found by Librarians

Google Advanced Image Search
Use the "Usage Rights" filter to find images with Creative Commons licenses.

For those using Google's Chrome browser, Google Lens can be accessed simply by right-clicking any image in the browser and choosing Google Lens from the context menu that pops up.
