Add captions so even hearing impaired people can get the full benefit of your content.

If YOU filmed the video - AND it is not a film of some one else's video - AND you did not film it as "work for hire"  - THEN you own the content =That gives you the COPYRIGHT or right to make money off any copy of the content.

Videos of other videos may be an infringement of the content owner's copyright.  

YouTube can take down a video if there is a doubt about who owns the content.

If you were hired to film something, your employer may own the content copyright; make sure you understand your contract.
