You must use a different email for Prep Step
(Use your MyFVTC email because you only have access to this version while you have an active MyFVTC account) than for Learning Express Library (Use any personal email).
Changing passwords for FVTC Blackboard or FVTC Email
will not affect the PrepStep or Badgerlink's Learning Express Library login passwords.

Log out and then log back in with your MyFVTC email and your PrepStep password.
What happened? You have already used your MyFVTC email to register for the Public Library account. If your MyFVTC email is already registered with Learning Express for the WI DPI - Public Library product, you will need to EITHER delete the WI DPI - Public Library account OR use another email address to register for the FVTC PrepStep product.
The problem is that you cannot recover your Public Library account password after you lose access to your MyFVTC email account.
