The following process is still in place for requesting Student IDs, and Program Badges.
We will continue to work directly with individual instructors to get Program Badges created. If your class is in need of Program Badges please contact me directly via E-mail (email@example.com) to start this process. Once the Program Badges are printed we will get them to the instructors to distribute to their respective students while meeting for class. So it is important to get this process started as soon as you know your students will be needing them.
Lost/Expired Replacement Student IDs
Students who have either an expired Student ID or who have lost the one issued to them, and need a replacement will need to contact me direct via E-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). Before issuing a replacement Student ID, we will be ensuring that the student meets the necessary enrollment requirement. Students will receive new Student IDs in the mail.
New Student IDs
Students that have never been issued a Student ID before can go to www.fvtc.edu/studentid. Again, before issuing a new Student ID, we will be ensuring that the student meets the necessary enrollment requirement. These students will also receive their Student IDs in the mail.
