*LIST of Library Information: FAX by Cloud

In order to decrease cost and improve data security FVTC has implemented a new cloud-based faxing system called eFax. 

 What’s Changed?

1. Outgoing faxes can be sent from any multifunction printer on campus. Please visit https://kb.fvtc.edu/fax for detailed instructions.
2. Incoming faxes are now managed through Microsoft Outlook.
3. Authorized staff can send and receive faxes through Microsoft Outlook. For more information, please visit https://kb.fvtc.edu/outlookfax.

How to send a fax from a multi-function printer (quick guide):

1. Log in
2. Select “Scan” option
3. Select “Outbound Fax”
4. Enter destination number
5. Exit keyboard
6. Press “Start”
